Seabank House consists of three ‘training flats’ Located on Seabank Road, Wallasey, this has the capacity to house.
Two of these flats are shared by 2 people. Each flat provides individual private bedroom with a shared kitchen, bathroom and lounge.
Seabank House is part of the Ellen King Project which consists of an 8 bed communal house and 3 two bedroom flats. We offer housing related support for adults who have experienced issues with alcohol dependency, substance misuse and homelessness.
Service users at both locations will have their own keys and there are no restrictions on times they can gain access to their home.
Each person accessing our service has a keyworker who supports them to work towards achieving personal goals and addressing whatever issues they may have with the aim of finding long term accommodation and living independently. The type of help and support we offer are:

- Apply for relevant benefits.
