Andy Holebrook

Andy has been with WILS for over 15 years and is responsible for the direction of the company and overseeing the services at Wirral independent Living Services whilst ensuring the highest quality standards of care are met and sustained. Andy has over 30 years experience in the care sector, working with an array of people with a plethora of different conditions and diagnoses including learning disabilities, mental health and people with substance and alcohol misuse issues. Andy is committed to ensuring that the staff at WILS have all the training, tools and leadership to provide the highest level of care to the service users we support.

Chris Horton

Chris Horton

Chris has been with WILS over 6 years, starting at our Birkenhead DASS service. Chris has gained a lot of experience with both learning disabilities and mental health conditions. He is currently training to become registered manager for the Wallasey area. Chris is focussed on providing person centred care, empowering individuals to gain stability and control in their lives. Chris has completed his level 3 in leadership and management and is working towards his Level 5 qualification in Management in Health and Social Care.

Colin Warrington

Colin Warrington

Colin has been working for WILS for over 8 years, with people who have alcohol and substance misuse issues, mental health problems and people with learning disabilities. In this time, he has developed a wealth of experience, running our King Street Project and now our Birkenhead Project. Colin is our compliance manager, ensuring that we are compliant with the standards set by the Care Quality Commission and the Health and Social Care Act 2008. Ensuring that the level of support we provide is of the highest quality. Colin has completed his level 3 in leadership and management and is currently working towards his Level 5 in Management in Health and Social Care.

Sue McKnight

Sue McKnight

Sue has worked for many years in Health and Social Care and has been working for WILS for over 5 years. Sue is an experienced member of the team supporting people with varying degrees of mental health problems, learning disabilities and people with drug and alcohol issues. Sue has completed her Level 3 certificate in Health and Social Care and co-ordinates the support we provide in the Wallasey area.

Suzanna Fardoe

Suzanna Fardoe

Suzanna has been with the company for over 4 years and has recently completed her Level 3 in Health and Social Care. Suzanna has experience working with a wide range of people including those with Acquired Brain Injuries and various mental health conditions. Suzanna is team leader of our Birkenhead Project, co-ordinating the support we provide to vulnerable adults in the Birkenhead area and is committed to providing positive change to the service users we support.
